Ruth is a fully qualified and experienced Chartered Physiotherapist, Sports and Body Massage Therapist and Pilates Instructor. She has been working as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in private practice for over four years, gaining a wealth of experience in treating many conditions.
Ruth is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists, the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists and the Health & Care Professionals Council.
Ruth has undertaken an extensive list of post graduate courses including manual therapy techniques, cognitive functional therapy, pain management and education courses to name a few. She is committed to continuing her professional development by actively attending courses and researching current concepts and evidence to help benefit her patients.
Ruth is passionate about her work and develops great therapeutic relationships with her patients. She takes great pride in witnessing their improvement and recovery, ‘for me there is no greater satisfaction than helping people to be healthier, stronger, happier and to live pain-free lives’.
In her spare time Ruth enjoys exploring the coast of Cornwall with her partner in their Campervan, travelling, kayaking, yoga, festivals, playing many instruments (jack of all trades, master of none), singing and spending time with her family and friends.
